If you become aware you have been in recent contact with a COVID positive person, please call to cancel your appointment.

 

If you are sneezing or coughing repeatedly, I will end the session. Even if you're sure it is 100% something else, you may be asympomatic.

 

All equipment is Sanitized before your appointment (at the end of the previous session).

 

Due to the need to clean every item which is used during a session, I will not be providing blankets for warmth during the massage. If you think you will cool down too much, please have your own blankets ready.

 

I will be masked throughout the appointment.

 

Masks must be worn when Supine / Face Up. Depending on current Health Orders, masks may be optional for Prone / Face Down.

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In order to be fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment (unless for COVID-related reasons). This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

 

Phone call, text or email cancelations accepted.

 

If I arrive at your home, and you 'forgot', and don't want a massage, you will be charged $40 for drive-time.

If I arrive at your home, and you are not there, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.

Waiting During Appointments
If the session is started late due to your not being ready, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please be ready to start when I arrive.

 

On-Site Chair Massage (prepay option)

I understand your business day may fluctuate between slow and hectic, yet I may have other appointments after you, and may not be able to see everyone for their full time if I have to wait between sessions for the next person. If I have time to stay longer than scheduled, and still give everyone their full time, I will, yet every downtime between massages of 4 - 9 min incurs a $5 charge, and  10 - 20 min incurs a $10 charge. After 20 minutes max. downtime, I will assume I am done, and will pack up.

If I do not have time to stay longer than scheduled, your session/s may be shortened. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
